I offer in-person personal training for women ready to build fitness and resilience, movement coaching to improve the way you move preventing pain, and online group sessions designed to improve mobility, strength and fitness. No matter your lifestyle or schedule, there's a path for you to move better, feel better, and live with confidence.

Move Better

Are you short on time, but want to improve how you feel?

Perhaps you want to check you’re doing your exercises correctly?

This in-person session is for you to improve your body and movement awareness.

Only when you are aware of how you move can you start to change and improve things.

Moving better, results in less discomfort and prevents overuse injuries.

Online Fitness - Group Sessions via Zoom

These online sessions will get you fitter, more flexible and stronger.
